FROM 23 JANUARY 2023 WE WILL NO LONGER COLLECT TAXES AT CHECKOUT FOR EU COUNTRIES.
We currently collect taxes at checkout for our EU customers as part of the IOSS scheme, but unfortunately the service we use to remit the taxes back to the EU have put their fees up by 500% which means we cannot afford to keep using that service.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR EU CUSTOMERS
We will continue to sell to EU countries, but we will no longer collect taxes, instead these will be collected directly by your countries customs authority, usually before delivery. Please note this may incur additional handling fees for which you will also be responsible. We cannot advise on individual countries customs fees and taxes as every country is different.
SHOP ON ETSY
If you want to avoid the additional handling fees you are still able to shop on our Etsy store. Etsy will collect the taxes and remit them on our behalf. Please note however that our full stock is not available on our Etsy store and the Click Clack Club loyalty scheme is not compatible with our Etsy Store.
We're really sorry we are unable to make this work for our EU customers and fully understand if these changes make if too costly to shop with us. We have looked into every possible solution but unfortunately for our small business it just isn't affordable 💔
