How it Works

Step 1 – Choose your favourite design!

First of all please request a quote if you have not done so already, as we will use your quote number to process the order. If you are happy with your quote and wish to order your stationery please let us know by return email of the quote. We will then supply you with the customisation form along with an invoice for the deposit which is 50% of the order value*


Step 2 – Customise it!

The customisation form contains all the fields for the information we need to customise your design, so once we have received this and the deposit payment has cleared we will send an order confirmation and begin designing your custom suite!


Step 3 – Approving your design

We will customise your stationery suite and supply you with your first set of proofs. We take pride in our designs and making sure they exceed your expectations so we offer a second set of proofs free of charge, should you not be 100% happy with the first set**


Step 4 - Printing it!

Once you are happy with your wedding stationery we will invoice you the remaining balance, when this is paid we begin the printing process! Please allow up 7-10 working days for production from sign off of artwork. Once the stationery has come back to us we will let you know when your stationery has been dispatched and is on its way to you!


*Please note this deposit cannot be returned if the order is cancelled.


**Please note that any further amends or re-designs after second proofing will be charged at a rate of £5.00 per item, per proof. We will always inform you of any additional charges before going ahead with further proofs.
